That Halloween costume link was part of a phishing awareness exercise.

The link looked like our internal wiki address, but it brought you here instead. A familiar-looking link can lead somewhere unexpected.

Before you click next time:

  • Check the destination. Hover over a link on a computer, or press and hold it on a phone, to inspect the address.
  • Pause and verify. If a message seems unusual, contact the sender through a trusted channel.
  • Report suspicious emails using TRI-CU’s established reporting process.
